Work Description: Remove old entrance door and exisiting rotted door jamb, cut steel door to fit, install new door jamb, steel door, moldings, etc.

Work Description: While charmed by initial meeting and scope of work/expertise, the project was a total disaster, exceeded my budget and products were held hostage until a large payment for work that was NOT done as promised and lied about--NEVER hope to work with PER and his sidekick JASON AGAIN-shame on them.

Work Description: Replace rotten wood facade on garage and house front.
Comments: I wasn't happy that the boss didn't supervise the workmen. He came in the morning and gave his men assignments and then left and he didn't return. His men worked hard all day, but it didn't seem that they were as competent as thay should have been to be working alone. The carpentry could have been better.
