Comments: Stay away from Mour and his company Acqua. I hired him to work on a commercial HVAC unit. He came and supposedly diagnosed the issue. He changed the filters but also ordered a bunch of non returnable parts... didn't fix the problem and I got stuck with a $700 control board. He didn't return phone calls. I had an actual professional who came in and it turned out to be the thermostat.This guy is an apprentice at best.

Comments: The plumber did work to fix a leak in drainage pipe coming from bathroom from the floor above, The work resulted in the toilet not Flushing and refilling properly, he had made the drain pipe so the water had to flow up hill at a certain joint. he was called out again to look in to why the toilet was not flushing correctly since his drainage repair. he changed out some old parts, did not fix the issue, blamed it on the vent. When I called another plumber , they said the way he configured the drain was the problem, water should not flow uphill even for a short section, I had the other plumber replace his work, now it works fine, he has refused to offer refund. I don't believe he is a licensed plumber. but a glorified handyman who charges the prices of a plumber. I could go on and on about the poor quality of work, he has cost me a lot of money although he temporarily fixed a leak, he caused more problems by not analyzing the correct way to fix in the first place.

Comments: Mour, the owner, was an absolute professional. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to ensure that I could have water and ice through my refrigerator. He did not stop or give up until it was done. He also connected the gas line for my dryer and when I called him the next day to inform him that the dryer was not getting hot, Mour came back to recheck everything he did. Because he was certain he did his best, he called the dryer company only to find out that my brand new dryer had a defect. Again Mour went out of his way for us. I will definitely hire him again.

Work Description: he replaced the shut-off valve between the curb and my water meter inside the house. He had to wait for the water company to come and shut off the water and then turn it back on when he was finished. While waiting, her replaced my kitchen faucet and unclogged the sink in my 2nd-floor bathroom. He was here for at least 2 hours because of waiting for the water company.

Comments: Agreed price by phone, arrived, inserted snake two or three times to clear clog, but then wanted to charge an extra $15 to insert snake one more time. We told him, no way. Clog was cleared and it did not need further clearing, certainly not at an additional cost.This sort of game playing with price is poor business practice. Quote a price and stick to it, or don't quote a price over the phone. It's not as if there was some huge amount of labor or parts involved, just a few seconds of snaking to get the job done.

Comments: When it comes to buying the fixtures I recommend that you go to Home Depot or Lowe's and buy the fixture yourself I had him select a plumbing fixture for me. he was charging me $125 for the fixture . when I looked online to Home Depot the same fixture was $85 .

Comments: This plumber got his snake stuck in our line and told us we had to pay him for not doing his job. He left his snake in our pipes. After talking to 10 other plumbers, none of them could believe that this guys just left things the way they were. We hired another plumber who took out his snake, cleared the pipe and put the camera in and there was nothing wrong with our sewer line. This guy just didn't put in the snake correctly. Do you research before you hire someone. We ended up paying 3X for the something that should have been an easy fix.

He was very polite and professional. Comments: Moor, was a very nice guy; and he gave me a price on the phone. I then said I have someone who will do it for x, and he said ok I will do it for that. Moor was very nice and always followed up with me very quickly; however when he did arrive I got shell shocked because that price of what he had told me on the phone had now doubled. Yes, there was some work I did pay it. He is a nice person; just make sure you know exactly what you are paying for and what additional costs will result and don't forget to add tax.

Comments: first of all he would not quote me a price over the phone - I thought that that was what was supposed to happen (it should have raised a red flag -but it didn't) and stupid us let him come to the house. When he got here he gave us a price of $300 for the three valves --since he was already here we asked him to come down a bit with his price - he did come down to $275 - if we had known he was going to charge this amount of money and if he had given us a quote over the phone we would never have told him to come to the house -- he agreed to replace all three shutoff valves for $275. However he replaced only two of them telling us that the third one just needed taped - which he did. After he was finished we mentioned since he only replaced two of the valves and taped the other one would the price still be $275 - ofcourse he said. Why do all plumbers (as it sure looks like it) think they have the right to rip people off.

Comments: I immediately went online to this plumbing network site and entered my information. Less than 10 minutes later Mour from Acqua Pure Plumbing was taking my address and on his way. He arrived soon after. Shut the main water valve down(which I couldn't do). He removed the fixture & stem, diagnosed the problem, gave a great estimate for an emergency repair on a Saturday and fixed the problem within 1/2 hour. Comments: We were online searching for a plumber in our area when a plumber we once used did not return our call. Mour from Acqua called us within hours of submitting request for help online. He arrived promptly when he said he would and gave us an estimate of work to be done. We needed help right away and the price was right. Bob the plumber did the work and Acqua contacted a tile guy to fix the tile and walls. All the work was done in a day for under $1500.00. We are very happy and will call them again for future work.
