Work Description: My ac was freezing up and the outside unit ran all the time.

Work Description: Perform routine maintenance on AC/Heating system, took unit apart and showed me the belly of the beast and told the name of the parts but I forgot. Chemically cleaned something that gets dirty with prolonged use,cleaned drain pipe and made sure it was flowing properly, checked thermostat, he put that puppy back together and fired it up and all is well.
