Work Description: Removal of Bushes
Comments: I never write reviews, but I was very disappointed with this company. We requested four large bushes be removed from our front landscaping, which was a job we could not do ourselves because the roots were very thick and expansive. ABC simply chopped them from the surface and did not do anything to remove or kill the roots. You could see stumps sticking out on some of them, and they were all growing back within a month. This was in an area of soil where we intended to plant new plants. We were unable to do so because they plants all remained there. I emailed them and called them with no response. Finally they reached out to me (after over a month) and insisted they did what they were suppose to. My bill was threatened to be sent to collections. Very frustrating. In my mind, "removing" means the plant is gone, not growing back immediately.

Comments: I have only received estimates from this company. I will probably go with this company to perform the work although their price for repairs was 3 times that of Carnival Custom Painting.
Why pay more? The amount of time taken to evaluate the damage was 3 times what the other company spent. I felt the adjustor was listening to our needs.
