Comments: Great customer service: punctual, reliable, efficient. My son was attending on the day the technician arrived because I was out of town, but I was kept fully informed by phone and email. They provided the required certificate of insurance for my coop building within 1-2 hours of receiving the template so they could enter the apartment the day after. I am glad Accurate Plumbing realized that not all co-op buildings are impossible to service! We need more competition and choice in Manhattan for plumbers! What I really liked about Accurate Plumbing is that they listened to the issue on the phone more carefully than others (asking relevant questions), gave me an estimate for the project (rather than a vague by-hour estimate like others), called me when they arrived, called me before starting the work to explain and give me options, gave an estimated time to finish the work which they efficiently met, and called me afterwards to ask for feedback. I am now back in the apartment and all is functioning well. I was slightly worried about scratches on the ceramic of the toilet but it turned out they can easily be brushed off after treating with a standard toilet bowl cleaner. I will recommend them to neighbors and will use again - although I hope nothing will break any time soon!! One feels the price is fair with Accurate Plumbing relative to other plumbers, because their customer service is really good but plumbers in general are too expensive. I wish I was a plumber!
