Comments: They were very professional, reliable. The gentlemen assign to servicing my boiler were very respectful. They always kept in contact with me in regards to there were about. You never had to wonder what they are doing because they communicated all aspect of the work they were doing. The super was very happy with the notes they gave him. I feel they were very good at everything and will continue to do business with them.

Work Description: Edwin Abel of Affordable Air was asked by me to remove my old window air conditioner which had ceased to function, to purchase another one for me and to iinstall it.
Mr. Abel was perfectly wonderful. The old air conditioner did not want to be removed and required a struggle (I think it must have been about 100 degrees in my apartment at that point, and this was not fun).
I never heard one word of complaint. The old air conditioner was finally removed and Mr. Abel purchased my new wonderful Friedrich and installed it for me.
