Comments: I posted that I had problems with the service performed by the subcontractor. The contractor called me as a follow up to the review. He was polite and explained that the subcontractor misrepresented and he has fired him. The contractor offered to send me a check for the amount I was overcharged. However, we both agreed it should go towards someone who needs help. I appreciate the contractor following up.

Work Description: Replace or repair faucet in attached garage. The said faucet was leaking from the stem. Steve first indicated he would help me over the phone, then after I started describing the problem and availability of parts, he indicated he was coming to my home.

He was here with in a half hour, evaluated the problem, replaced the worn out faucet, collected his price and left. I was more then pleased with his personality, professionalism and work ethics. He did not look for or try to make me think there was more to do then the problem. Highly recommended

Comments: Although this can be an easy DIY, we felt better knowing that Steve was here. We did some of the prep work. The leak had come through the downstairs overhead light over the kitchen sink, so he had to make sure we had no water damage, etc. We feel assured that he did an excellent job and he has a courteous, pleasant attitude.
