Comments: After speaking to the provider and them confirming they would call me before any works were started to confirm costs etc…. I was sent an invoice for work completed and the cost double what was “indicated” during our call. Upon enquiring as to the breakdown of the costs I was abused via text and threatened with legal action if I didn’t pay.This is one of the most unique customer experiences I have ever had. I am new to the country and my neighbors all tell me the pricing given is insane.
