Work Description: He was to paint the whole house, ceilings, walls, doors and baseboards.
Comments: Abe Lopez was to paint the interior of the home. He required $3K to start with no money in the job. He took this $3K and never completed the work and he left the walls a mess. The paint was running down all the walls. He never finished even painting the walls, let alone do the trim out, the doors, and the baseboards. I notified him that the walls were a mess when I came back in the home the next day & he said he would have his insurance co contact me. They did not. He said he would refund me $1K for not finishing the work and he did not. I attempted to contact him numerous times and he would not respond. He damaged the walls with the running paint as that would have to be sanded and repainted. I had to hire another contractor to come in and repaint everything that he did. Do NOT hire this man or anyone in his company. He will rip you off.
