Work Description: Ac repair
Comments: One of the worst experiences we had, we put a service call through our home warranty and it wasn't until 4 days later someone showed up to do the diagnostic from Alpha. They then wanted to charge us out of pocket and wouldn't say the price at first, ended up trying to get $500 for a compressor rather than go through the home warranty as well as trying to upsell cleaning services. They then wrote in the notes the whole unit had to be replaced, and didn't actually submit it to the home warranty until a day or two after the diagnostic. It ended up being over 2 weeks in the Arizona heat until the homewarranty could reassign it since the notes were not descriptive enough and Alpha wanted $6000 from the homewarranty to replace the unit. They also refused to come back out to give a detailed diagnostic since they wanted to be paid for a second diagnostic. The company our home warranty reassigned it to came out within 2 days, found the actual issue which was the fan, not the compressor, and they replaced it on the spot without trying to upsell us. Word of advice is to never use Alpha Mechanical, they do not care about their customers. They are just looking to make easy money off you. Terrible company.

Comments: I was quoted $330 during the originalservice call for my home warranty, was told $435 when they came back to fix it. After asking about it, was then given a price of $380. I was told that the $330 was a discounted price so they wouldn’t have to come back, which they did not tell me when I was originally quoted. Ended up having to pay $380, very disappointed with this transaction.

Comments: I used Alpha Mechanical LLC, they charged me a diagnosis fee, and said he will order the part and come back to fix our AC, however after contacting him multiple times, he finally said I can't do the job and cancelled on me after waiting 7 days for him to fix our AC. This company needs to be help accountable. People write your reviews here so we can get Alpha Mechanical LLC liable for all damages done for all of us.

Work Description: AC Repair
Comments: It was 84+ degrees in my house. They came to fix my AC and got it working in the morning. I paid $75 for the services call, as I was going through my home warranty. When I got home from work it was 91 degrees and rising. They came out again and told me I would have to wait several days for approval for repairs from my warranty company, or I can pay up front to get the work done. It was Friday night, and I could not keep me, my family and my pets in that environment all weekend. I paid $380 for the repair, which was successful. HOWEVER, the technician submitted a claim to my warranty company even though I had already paid for everything IN FULL. They told me they would reimburse me whatever the warranty company paid them, which was $200. The warranty company issued a check to Alpha Mechanical on 6/24/20, in the amount of $200. Despite several emails and phone calls, I have not received my refund. They basically STOLE my reimbursement!! The story is not over, as I will continue to use every available avenue to get my money back. It is infuriating that so many businesses are so dishonest!Update: More than 2 months after the date of service, I finally received my refund.

Comments: Excellent job. I received a quote within an hour of posting, and the quote was competitive. They showed up on time and the work was very professional, I am pleased with their work will call on them in the future when needed.

Comments: The tech did an excellent tune-up, spending extra time to carefully document any potential areas and explain to me. e sent me the photos he took. Very nice young man and clearly very capable.-
