Work Description: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Comments: Reginald is very hard working. He keeps his word. Gives estimates and does not go beyond them. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, give me the piece of advice and his estimate was much lower than other company who sent 2 people and just for giving me the quote charged $60. Their quote was half times higher. I really highly recommend Reginald for any plumbing work.

Comments: We bought a new washer and couldn't hook it up because the hose coupling was frozen to the faucet outlet. I explained the situation over the phone and Reginald stopped by our house after finishing another job. He quickly fixed our problem and did not charge us for a full hour since he was able to take care of the frozen connection in 15 minutes. Nice man, very quick and efficient work.
