All troubleshooting is backed by 30 years experience and is as accurate as possible with fair pricing that you will know before repairs are made. We have a policy of no service fee upon completion of repairs. If we are not hired after the diagnosis, we still try to make it a free estimate. We use YORK equipment, but have access to other brands. We do not use builders grade equipment or materials so that we can maintain a high quality service to anyone who hires us. It is in your best interest to experience the the professionalism we at ALVIN AIR have to offer.

Work Description: Replaced air conditioning and heat system and condenser unit.
Comments: I did my research before obtaining quotes and received several quotes and Alvin Air was the cheapest. He was the only one to point out a specific problem with my old unit and told me how he was going to fix that. He comes across as a very honest, down to earth person. The crew is respectful, cleans up afterwards and the owner is there to supervise. He answers all of your questions and even draws out the specifics of what he is going to do and how your air conditioner works. I highly recommend Alvin Air!

He was very nice and understanding and his work was Excellent and in a very timely manner as it started to be summer again in Houston!
