Work Description: Roofing never done!
Comments: Had damage to my roof last year. Nick gave me the run around for months stating different things like he would get my insurance to do more, then he had someone who could come look at roof, blamed weather for a while and finally he never gave me a date when his crew would come fix it. Horrible communication on their end and when I finally said I needed him to fix it or I'd contact the BBB he finally responded. Still waiting on my money back but I would not use this company at all. Very upset that he didnt just fix the slope months ago.

Comments: AMP was a great company to work with at first I spoke with a few other contractors and got some estimates for a new roof and siding because of some weather damage. One of the contractors told me there was no chance insurance would cover it another contractor told me that insurance would cover it but not a lot of it and that I would be on the hook for the rest. When Nicholas got here I thought it was going to be the same old song and dance as the other two companies but it went completely different than expected he told me that if I was to file a claim he would guarantee me that I would getting new roof and siding without paying a penny out of pocket. I thought he was selling me a dream at first just like anybody else would. But then he started getting in debt to the details and talking about how the insurance companies work. I can't believe how knowledgeable he was about everything to do with the insurance. Even after speaking with him I was still somewhat skeptical. Usually they say if something sounds too good to be true it usually is. In this case that is not it. Alls I did was have to call in the claim while he was there after that he took over everything else. And I cannot believe how fast he got it done. They are a great company and I will recommend them to anybody.

Comments: Awesome company. Nicholas came out did his survey then sat down with me and went over all our options. We had an older roof. Nicholas recommended that we go through insurance. At first I was hesitant but after hearing how informed he was regarding insurance I decided to go through with it. I only had to speak with the insurance company once while Nicholas was here. After that he took the reins and it was a walk in the park. He got us a whole new roof because two shingles were damaged. The best part about it we did not pay one penny. Nicholas kept his word and got the job done for us. The company's workers were great. They did not damage one thing. They were done in a day. I would recommend AMP Roofing LLC to anybody and everybody.-
