Work Description: Fix leaking sprinkler pipe in sprinkler manifold
Comments: Did not have an approved estimate for this job, he sent someone to start work on it without our approval, by the time I found out someone was on our property unauthorized, he had dismantled the sprinkler manifold and replaced parts that did not need replaced. It was one leaking pipe and they then claimed there were others leaking. A legitimate plumber would have glued in a compression fitting and been done. This company then is submitting a bill for $1750.00! My lawyer is looking into this fraudulent company.
