Work Description: LG Refrigerator
Comments: Between LG and this guy I am not sure who is worse. He comes to our house to tell us same thing LG Diagnostics did over the phone, he Stephen charged us $85 and said he’ll contact LG to order the part. Then calls me to tell me for me to call LG because he is too busy. I said fine, i ask for a discount for having me do part of his job. $25 woohoo lol. Then i realize the part was shipped to him not our home they way it was suppose to because it’s our part under warranty. So i ask what if they’re is an issue after you do your work. He says nothing wrong with my work only thing could go wrong is defective from LG. Not true. He could do a poor job or miss something. Horrible experience from day one.
