Comments: I hired Tray because he installed my neighbor’s patio and did a great job. I had no reason to believe that he would not do the same for me. I felt he was fair on pricing.Shame on me for going ahead and paying him in full. Again, I had no reason to believe that he would not do right by me. Also, he had good reviews on line except for one.
He is not contesting that the patio needs to be completely redone under his warranty. He had hired new help and the new employees did not do good workmanship. As of Friday May 21st, he has told me at least 5 times he would be here to start redoing. Even today he told me two techs would start taking it up and no show after no show. He is not good at responding to text or phone calls in a timely fashion. He does not follow up if he needs to change anything. If he is having issues with his workers, he needs to come redo what needs to be done instead of starting new jobs. Communication and making right once someone pay you is the right thing to do. I have even told him that I would help him since he is having issues with his employees showing up. He has stated he was on board with doing the redo. I need him to give me a definite time and then show up. I have a busy schedule because I have a husband with Parkinson's. This patio is for him when he has a bad day so he can enjoy the outdoors. I am my husband’s caregiver and we are using hard earned savings to make this a place we can enjoy.

Comments: Tray and his team transformed my yard into a resort. They built a retaining wall around the shape of my pool. Added tropical trees and plants behind my water fall and added sod and sprinklers. The pictures are on his Facebook page. I recommend whole heartedly.
