Comments: Like many other reviewers, I agree that Belvin and his team were courteous and polite. Professional is how I would describe Belvin personally. But at the end of the day, my new concrete patio obviously wasn't properly sloped away from the house (too high). So I will always have a puddle (2ft x 7ft) of water between the existing patio slab, and the new slab. It's honestly very disappointing and stresses me out since I just paid over 5k for it.
