transport without a truck led to this action!

Comments: I hired them to change faucets in my bathroom and they ended up making worse. When they tried to change my sink faucet, there got a leakage and they told me that someone before hasn’t done their job correctly and that’s why it’s leaking but before that there was no leakage under the sink or any wall but when they put their hands on it there was leakage and i ended up paying them much more what i expected.

Comments: Brian Plumbing Co. Brian said he would be at the house between 8;00 and 9;00AM on Monday January 18,2021. On of his employer’s and a help called and say they were on their way at 10:30AM. They fixed the blocked. They had toTake the toilet off. When they put it back , they never put the caps on the bottom of toilet . They let screw about a 1 long straight up. I have spoken to Karen at 267-352-4239. And told her the problem. Brian said someone would be here Tuesday Jan 19. Then they said Wednesday Jan 20 No show. They my husband talk to Brian on Thursday Jan 21 no show. I have not heard from Brian or Karen on Friday .
They go and cashed the check the check was for $275.00. But the work was not completed. My Husband is 100 per disabled veteran. I would like a call or something. To get this problem fixed.

I have called or e-mailed Brian everyday and still have not received a receipt. I need it to submit to my homeowners that I had the work done. Comments: scheduled for 8-10, no call - showed up at 11. Put shark fittings on pipe, kept leaking, replaced to another compression fitting. I questioned why the shut off wasn't soldered and was told compression fittings were as secure?? Replaced kitchen faucet. Was told new faucet would be a major upgrade. Looked up retail price of faucet installed - $65???

Comments: If you hire this person, you will be a gambler and if you pay a deposit,from that time you have to wait for him from 4pm to 5pm to repair and getting heat and for 2 weeks he will change the date and then one day come to work from 4:30 pm. and then he want to came back because of the tool what he doesn't have.
He continued same kind of appointment when you call him after that you have to start the gamble with him for 2 weeks again.
I have no heat at this time, i lost a deposit money by gamble with him.
Now I'm free without stress but I have to do gamble again with somebody for the cold winter. Disgusting !
