Comments: Basil Burns is the best all-around contractor that I have worked with in my 30-plus years of home ownership. He has an extensive background of experience and draws upon it to offer creative solutions for whatever he is working on. He is easy to work with and is very upfront about timelines and costs. I like his old-world work ethic and appreciate the way he leaves a worksite as neat and clean, if not a bit cleaner, than when he started. Basil did a major renovation on my basement over a period of several months. He always found a creative way to deal with the many unforeseen challenges that always seem to come with renovating a 100-year-old house. His pride in his work, attention to detail, and level of craftsmanship are very hard to find these days. I highly recommend Basil to anyone who needs the services of an experienced and insightful contractor.-
