Work Description: Full swap of entire HVAC system
Comments: Over promised and underdelivered. Bought a completely new York AC/Furnance/Heat Pump. Damaged my floors. Left us without AC in the hot summer and with out heat for 3 days while my wife was sick and had a fever. Wouldn't come out to get out heat working because it was a Sunday, then refused to come out on Monday because it was Columbus Day. We were forced to hire another HVAC company to get this $8500 system to work properly. They found Case Heat & Air didn't seal our vent which could have us breathing Carbon Monoxide and he didn't hook up saftey gas shut off. He also left wires dangling near where the gas ignites. I should have researched him more before I signed...I have to live with that. Anyone reading, please do your research work. What air scientist would put a new unit over a moldy floor?
