Work Description: Replacement of HVAC unit
Comments: Bryan was quite responsive and saved the day by successfully replacing my HVAC (heat pump and AC) unit right before the 4th of July in a quite timely manner and reasonable price. It is a unique type of unit and he had to go through extra steps to get a kind of affiliation with the specific company to be able to install it, which he was willing to do. However, even though in the contract/receipt he gave me he had quoted 2 free annual tuneups, it has been really hard to get him to service the unit or come by for any maintenance work for the last 2-3 years after the installation. He keeps saying he’ll come by and doesn’t show up, and doesn’t reply to calls or texts.

He came with another worker, and they both were very professional and personable. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. Work Description: Replace Central AC Condenser and Air Handler
Comments: Brian's team worked very hard and diligently to install/replace our old 3.5 ton Condenser and Air Handler with new. It was very hot and they structured the work so that the AC could be restored on day one. As a result, we were comfortable during the hottest weekend in recent memory. Brian quoted a fair price even though demand for HVAC services was at a peak. I highly recommend you check them out for HVAC services.

Comments: OK - so this place is the definition of a quality business, specifically Bryan who was my technician. Showed up on day of service request, fixed a substantial issue with my condenser and central air unit, walked me through all of his work. Comments: Comfortable and Cool at Home Thanks to Castle BeeI was on a mission to make my condo a comfortable home by replacing a broken heat-AC heat pump system without having to take out a personal loan. This was a big decision that could not be delayed with summer heat quickly approaching. The first quote I received was more than my first car, had little product details, and required disruptive construction. I needed to choose the right contractor to guide me thru finding the best value system and who could look at my condo and design the right installation. I was referred to Bryan Castillo, owner of Castle Bee Services. Form the beginning it was clear that, Castle Bee understands that buying a replacement heating-AC system can be overwhelming and you are under a lot of pressure to keep the price low but still need performance.
My condo is in the city, with my condenser on the roof and my air handler in the ceiling of my unit. This is an install that three contractors treated like a new install proposing a full ceiling demo and replacement that would disrupt our home and add extra cost from other contractors. Bryan at Castle Bee Services visited my home, looked at the existing system, listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that would not require demolition. He really thought of what would be the right solution for my home.
Bryan made choosing Castle Bee Services a stress free decision. He illustrated his experience and competence by working with local suppliers for speed and flexibility; by explain my options and working with me to ensure I felt confident I had made the best selection for my home; and by proposing a thoughtful installation plan. Then he confirmed that decision with a frictionless installation by a respectful skilled team.
My home is now cool and comfortable. And I look forward to a warm and cozy Boston winter and a long lasting maintenance relationship with Castle Bee Services.

Comments: Bryan was professional, friendly and so helpful. He went out of his way to get my boiler up and running and helped me avoid a replacement. His pricing was more than fair and his communication and promptness were excellent. I will call him in the future for maintenance work. And, if I ever do need a new boiler I know I'll call him immediately.
