He didn't even have mercy on me as a single mother, he is not only not honest, he doesn't even have a professional team, he charged me $11800.00,he left my job endless and ruined. Take care of your pocket, especially if you don't have a husband

Comments: I have used C&EM; for years. The quality of their work is first rate. The first HVAC work I had them do, was to have all my duct work replaced, a solar vent fan added and more insolation blowen into my attic. After having this done, my kilowatt usage dropped 40% over the next 3 months compared to the previous year.

Work Description: HVAC and garbage disposal
Comments: Scheduled my HVAC maintenance for summer weather. He replaced my air filter in the unit in the attic (I don’t go up there). I asked Juan if he could also replace my garbage disposal. I had already bought the replacement. When he saw it, he said…wow! He said he had no problem replace it BUT he could not ethically replace it where it was currently located. First, the electrical wires run under the sink and second it was not grounded, and someone might get a sock. Mainly me which I have be shocked before. After the last shock I usually stood back before turning on the disposal. If I had called the friend of my friend to replace it he would have just replaced it and not say anything and I would still be standing back.Most of the time we are looking for someone who knows enough about what we need done and comes cheap. Juan desposible has been replaced, grounded and the switch was relocated. There are times where an expert is worth the expense. I’m grateful for his honesty and I would highly recommend C&EM; services. Give Juan Mendez a call.
