Comments: Business owner has no integrity and is not a man of his word. Left me hanging on the smallest of invoices for services rendered without any concern for the consequences. Which would make me question his judgement if I were about to spend thousands of dollars on home improvement. Think I'd want someone a little more trustworthy on the job.
