Work Description: JUST DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
Comments: Sorry I can’t choose anything lower than one star!!!!!They are done two separate jobs for us and messed up both of them severely. They replaced all of our sliding windows with picture frame windows, which actually devalued the home because now we have no escape if a fire breaks out. They lied to us about the roofing when our insurance guy came out there was no missing shingles are broken shingles so I don’t know where they got their pictures from. It took them five months to replace one of the windows downstairs. they haven’t ordered any of the others yet, they told us they were gonna start the roofing project on Saturday. Nobody showed up then 8 AM on Sunday they woke us up. I tried to talk to them but nobody spoke English. They did the job halfway and left. They covered our exhaust vent on the furnace so our house dropped to 58° , I tried to contact somebody to see when they were going to come finish the job I didn’t get an answer and then on Thanksgiving just about the time we was leaving to go to dinner people showed up and started climbing around our house when the manager showed up to talk to us about Start making payments we walked around the house. I still had heat tape dangling off the house. My antenna was never put back up like they said they would. My satellite dish was dangling off the house and they never finished under the eaves. My house is still missing flashing and siding that they removed when they remove shingles and never put back , they also seem to have dropped a package of shingles from the roof on my air conditioner talking with the manager. It seems like they do not want to finish the job as they said it would be done. Sliding windows should be replaced with sliding windows, I should not be missing any siding or flashing antennas should be put up Heat tape should be put up but apparently the roofers don’t know how to do it and if they’re going to replace windows it’s gonna take longer than five months to get them ordered. They originally offered us a check for $300 hundred dollars to have somebody come out and tell us that they covered up the vent and wouldn’t let our furnace work And 200 to have the heat tape put back up and the antenna up so 100 for each. I have no idea what century they’re living in but heat tape is going to cost a lot more than that even if I put it up the simple answer on this review just don’t do it , these guys even have the balls to continue to call me to see if I want them to come out and redo our bathroom downstairs they don’t do the work they said they were gonna do and when they mess it up they lowball you with a small number to try and make it better so JUST DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!!

Comments: Joseph Long came out and measured and quoted what new siding would cost, including removal of existing vinyl siding.This was only for our budget at this time.
