Comments: Devart8 hit the mark right now. My master bathroom is gorgeous. From the beginning Ray was extremely commutative and helpful. He provided quote with renderings I provided and came by the house to confirm the estimate. Ray was extremely patient with me as I moved the start date twice and still honored the contract. The Devart8 was knowledgeable and reliable across every trade, plumbing, electrical and tile. Seriously, amazing contractor, great price and finished the project when they said they would. I will be using this company again no doubt.

Comments: Well. I don't even know where to begin. I guess I will start with pricing - most people care about that foremost. Ray is owner and GC and he isn't the cheapest but he is not the most expensive either. You will definitely find cheaper - but he's worth it. With this contractor, I was being harassed to hurry up and bring my stuff so he could finish! Can you believe it - instead of the contractor disappearing for days at a time and missing deadlines and making the job last forever, he did a complete remodel of my home in 2 months. I mean this was a complete gut job in 2 months! My uncle is a retired roofer and builder and he was on the job checking them every 2 or 3 days. He would just show up and walk around watching the guys and he said they were doing a good job. He was amazed at the number of guys on the job site - like 10 people at a time. Ray was there daily and the people he had there were knowledgeable as well. The finished product is spectacular. When people walk into my house - its "wow" this and "wow" that. My home is amazing and well made: the floors, the plaster work, the plumbing, the electricity, the A/C - good solid work. But let me tell you why he is truly one of a kind and why I will never work with another contractor: He finished the job in March 2020 and I didn't move in until August 2020. When my son took a shower, the tub was not sealed around the tile and there was a leak. I was freaking out because he was all paid up and it was 5 months later. I called, he picked up the first ring and I told him what happened and he was there the next morning! I was so relieved and grateful - he fixed the issue without hesitation. This man stands by his work - very rare!I hired a cheaper guy to do a smaller job in my house and he destroyed my home. I had to call Ray back and he graciously made time for me (he is an extremely busy man). I ended up paying for the cheaper guy and Ray - its a lesson: I should have just hired Ray. I will never make that mistake again. Your home is your biggest investment - don't compromise - hire the best - hire Full Service. You will not be sorry..

We needed a kitchen remodeled and selected Ray after interviewing about 5 different companies. This turned out to be the right choice. Comments: We purchased a condo with a laundry room that needed a complete renovation. Matthew and Devart8 teams were very professional, timely and kept in constant communication throughout the renovation. We added a bathroom and relocated the washer and dryer connections. Adding a new bathroom as first time homeowners was a little nerve wracking, but I'm very happy we decided to go through with the project. Everything turned out great!

Comments: We worked with Ray on two separate jobs -- first to fix our cracked ceiling, and then to build a ADU in our backyard. In both cases he and his team did a great job, worked quickly, and communicated with us really well.It took us several attempts to identify the source of the cracks in our ceiling, but Ray and Pancho kept working until the problem was resolved. They were transparent, knowledgeable, and approachable at every stage, and our kitchen (like our ADU) is great. We'll definitely go with them in the future if we can!

Comments: Ben and his team took out a wall between the kitchen and living room area and installed a beam for support in place of it. From the beginning, Ben was great to work with. He answered all the questions I had and his price was very reasonable for the work when compared to a few other quotes we had. Only one other quote was cheaper, but that company also had lower reviews on Yelp so we decided to go with Ben. So happy that we did! His crew did a great job and did the work so quickly. The consultation and actual work were extremely easy to schedule. We were even able to add on a small project of knocking out an arch over the entry hall while they were working on taking out the wall. They had no problem tacking that on and both projects look amazing. My husband and I were both very impressed. These guys went above and beyond and I would recommend Inside Out to anyone. Comments: Recently, Ray and his team did a great job on our kitchen remodel which included updating countertops, flooring, and the expansion of our kitchen pantry. The pantry expansion was especially significant because it involved moving the existing pantry wall to encompass an adjoining shower-stall and bedroom closet. Our entire experience was very positive starting with our first interaction with Ray. He responded almost immediately to our Yelp quotation request and showed interest in our project despite the fact that it was only a partial remodel. The crew led by Johan did high-quality work and were very easy to work with in terms of friendliness and understanding our goals. They offered constructive suggestions which helped us achieve a beautiful kitchen that we are all enjoying. The workmanship of sheetrock work and paint was very apparent (Thanks Welder !) and we expanded the original bid to include repairing water-damage in other parts of the house. It is worth stating that the overall cost and schedule were consistent with what Ray originally estimated. This was our first remodeling project, and I would have no hesitation in hiring Ray and Devart8 teams for any future work !

Comments: I recently hired Devart8 construction for a master bathroom remodel. I had gotten a couple of other quotes from different groups, and I finally decided to get the job done. One of the main things I can say about Devart8 crew, is that they are very consistent and punctual about the times they arrive. This is more than can be said about many other contractors. Also, they have a crew that is pretty much always the same, instead of constantly using subs, which gets very old. Johan, Brian, Wolder, etc. (hope I spelled his name correctly) are all very courteous and respectful. My bathroom was in really rough shape, and had to have alot of rotted wood replaced in the shower stall, but it looks amazing now. I just wish the rest of my 1984 house looked alike, but a little at a time it will get done. Aside from a couple of communication issues that we had, that Devart8 and I discussed rationally at the end of the project, I had no problems with them, and they do great work. Highly recommended!!

Comments: I really like Ray Darmon and his work. He is thorough and asks the right questions to arrive at a cost estimate that matches the work and quality needed per project. He is somewhere in between a general contractor and a magician...He can build, remodel, paint, or repair just about anything and he has a team of electrical and plumbing. The first client of mine who worked with Ray wanted a Kitchen relocated to a living area, repairs to an older hvac, and a roof replaced... an easy list for a general contractor but not so easy for the average handyman. I would not be afraid to hand him a larger, more involved project with a lot of moving parts.
Ray looks like he is about 22 so my immediate thought was to ask him a lot of questions to make sure he knew the ropes. He matched my questions with some answers and more questions of his own that helped refine the scope of the project, and after 30 minutes with him, I knew we had the right man for the job.
He is likeable, a straight shooter, and a hardworker. He is young, but has been doing construction projects since 2010, so don't hold his youthful exuberance against him... he is smart, and I hope he still has time for more of my projects after he get some well-deserved attention here

Comments: Bought a home for ~ $1M, Devart8 Construction built a custom shower three years ago that guests actually cue up to stand in. Today, they are wrapping up a: residing, drywall, plaster, windows, slate and conventional tile install, gazebo build, gorgeous metal railing job, trim, paint, etc. The miters, joinery, fit, finish work is befitting a $2M asking price. I don't know whether to list the property or enjoy it for awhile. Those guys are level 10 and I didn't even mention the work on they did on the infinity edged pool. Super grateful to the guys for the shower. They got this job without my even considering a competitive bid. Give them the keys and trust them. It's all been good.

I have a busy career and it was nice to have Chris to take care of everything. They are more expensive than others but the work is really great. There was a lot of tile work involved in my job, including building a walk-in shower and the work was done really well with super clean edges. If you want a job done well and to not have to put too much of your own time into it, I highly recommend them.

Comments: Ray, the owner of this company, is amazing to work with! He led our significant remodel project...and he made the process so easy. He was super responsive, taking care of all of our questions and problems in record time. Comments: Finding the right contractor took my wife and I over 3 months. We interviewed 7 contractors, and they all sounded the same until Ray came along. During the first 30 minutes of our consultation, we knew he will be the one.He suggested his ideas and immediately changed our perspective.
We signed up for the design and preliminary plans for our kitchen and bathrooms renovations on the same meeting even though Ray insisted not to; and less than 4 weeks later, everything was ready for submission.
We started the project 3 days before our scheduled start date, and the price stayed fixed as promised.
Ray and his team ensured that every inch was perfect on a daily basis, and they consistently followed up to ensure our satisfaction.
The final result is exceptional, and we couldn't be happier!
