Comments: My water lines burst at the most inconvenient time! Very professional, fixed things i didn’t even know were wrong to bring them “up to code,” and even fixed a little leak under my kitchen sink while he was under there. Didn’t even have to go without my dishwasher or clothes washer that night! Cleaned up very well after having to cut a small piece of my drywall to fix the lines to my tub too. Very impressed.

Work Description: Clogged Toilet
Comments: I had the nightmare scenario with my toilet, it was ridiculously clogged. I had (stupidly) poured a croc pot full of chicken tortilla soup down the toilet, and the shredded chicken created quite the blockade. I thought I had tried everything to get the toilet unclogged, and the situation had become incredibly frustrating. I gave Doctor Rooter a call and they were extremely helpful in fixing the problem. And on top of fixing the problem, they were professional and communicated throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend using Doctor Rooter’s services.

Comments: James came out to my house to try and help me with my plumbing issues. When he arrived he let me explain what the issue was and then did his inspection. Before just jumping in and doing stuff then giving me a random bill, he spoke with me about what the issue was and what it was going to cost to fix it. He explained what had to be done to fix the issue before he ever started to make sure I was ok with it. I will definitely be recommending and using James again if I ever need a plumber!

Comments: The owner, James has done several jobs for me including installing a water heater, new garbage disposal, faucets and toilet repairs. He always does a great job. Comments: I’ve been riddled with plumbing issues since buying my house and this man has been involved in fixing every issue. I’ve learned over the years you can’t always trust repair men working in your house but, this man is not only trustworthy but also kind and understanding. Every bit of work he has done has been flawless and done in a timely manner. I not only appreciate the work and the taking time to explain everything, he was also fair in price. There’s not many honest, fair and talented men in this field anymore but he happens to be one of the best.
