Comments: We contacted Omri at ECO Star Remodeling in January of 2011 regarding our need in remodeling our kitchen completely and to move the laundry room. Omri was professional and much creative with his ideas and skills and he was the person that guided us during the whole remodeling process. On our 3rd meeting, Omri came up with a 3D design that incorporated all the details of the work and how will it look after the work is complete. On top of that, he always was there for us to answer all the questions we had and he was very patient as we made several changes to the design and during the actual remodeling. The quality of the cabinets is top notch and we just love it very much. The entire remodeling is excellent and we couldn’t be happier. Comments: PROCEED WITH CAUTION Honest Review: The Good: The contractors that were hired that owned their own business were excellent and took pride in their work. My assigned project manager was cordial and charming and the finished product is absolutely stunning! The not so good: 1. Keep in mind throughout the process, they have very creative ways to drive up the cost of expenses. I was ill prepared and for this very reason, I would have felt more at ease using one of the big box stores for my project. 2. They never promised certified or professional contractors but they did provide somewhat skilled HANDYMEN (pretty easy to figure this out). It wouldn’t take a licensed electrician numerous attempts to complete the same job. So many different faces came to our house to perform simple jobs that took several days to complete. The city inspector CONFIRMED the obvious; the plumbing inspection didn't pass(twice) largely due to Eco Star hiring inexpensive laborers and passing them off as "plumbers" and "electricians." Our project: Total kitchen renovation • Length of project left us without a kitchen for nearly 2 ½ months (Demolition started July 25th, 2023) which was absurd! Believe me, the wait was not due to providing materials; it was due to an inconsistency of finding available contractors. • There was so much paperwork that was shoved in our face at the beginning of the project to absolve them of any liability imaginable, they even handed us an outdated insurance certificate that we noticed well after the project started of course. • You’re obviously distracted by the promise of a “dream remodel” • You are then railroaded into financing the project through their “preferred” finance group as the salesman will call them immediately to set up financing on your behalf in order to see what dollar amount you qualify for. No matter what you qualify for, the salesman will get you to sign a CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER FORM right away before the project even gets started covering “finished material!” No matter what you sign, the price will increase during and after the project is complete even if you ask the salesman “what is my total price?” • To ensure you don’t change your mind, they send these well-groomed men in black polos the same day or the very next day to throw up this light kit in the ceiling that may or may not work but they cut holes in your ceiling to give you that “no turning back” feeling • One final warning, they will do a mold test (in my case the kitchen) and rest assured the results will come back as NEEDING MOLD REMEDIATION. A quote of $8000 (laughable)! They did their best to accommodate us but fell short in execution. I could go on but when it’s all said and done, the experience was not a terrible one but an eye-opening adventure

Comments: ECO Star recently renovated our house. We truly can’t be happier to have had Iftan as the main guy that handled our project! We had a fairly good amount of a time frame for the remodeling and from start to finish, Iftan kept us informed on everything that was involved in the work and he made sure that everything will be as schedule with focusing on the budget. He was so on top of everything and alert – while making sure that every task will be done in no less than perfect. All the working crew that did the actual work, were skilled and careful and generally great people. In addition to the above, Iftan was so helpful before and during the work by providing us with great ideas and decisions during the remodeling. He always did what was best for us and the remodeling, never did any choice that benefited him or his company in any way. Comments: Matan from ECO Star Remodeling was hired to create our dream house. We renovated two bathrooms, added an additional bathroom & laundry room and installed hardwood floors in all the bedrooms. We worked mainly with Matan. Matan was always reachable and reactive. He was creative and unbelievable from the design stage all the way to the actual construction. All of their workers and sub-contractors were generous, respectful, hardworking people with high reliability. Their cabinet maker person did beautiful work and was a pleasure to work with. During the work, there was a mold behind the old cabinets and our concern was that it will cause a major delay with the work. Matan made sure to take care of it with one of his vendors and they were tremendously helpful by solving that problem and keeping the project on track. The mold problem was an addition in price but Matan was able to get us the best deal with the mold remediation. Now that the remodeling is over, we can say that a lots of extra things were done for us and without any additional charge. A lot of them were just being done without even asking us. Matan was able to finalize the remodeling under budget and a little bit early than expected. Our house was treated as if it was their own. We are very pleased with the remodeling they did in the interior aspect of our house that we are currently in advance stage to work with them on the backyard and pool. We highly recommend selecting ECO Star Remodeling for any project.

Comments: ECO Star Remodeling and Construction was hired by us to demolish and upgrade our existing outdated master bathroom and kitchen in our house. The working employees were very skilled, hardworking people and very polite on top of respectful to us. Or who was assigned to our project, visited our house each day during the work and he made sure that everything will go according to the original plan while focusing that each part of the work will be in perfection stage and no less than that. Our kitchen was completely designed by the office staff and it included all the upper and lower cabinets, new counter top, Large Island, LED lightings with Wi-Fi switches, new paint, appliances and back splash. The master bathroom was a large project as well because we wanted to cancel the tub that we had and to have a large Jacuzzi instead with a shower area that took a lot of space from the bathroom area. Or was able to tweak the space and to include both of them into the design. The work took close to 7 weeks while Or made sure that 6 people will work on a daily basis on both sections of the remodeling. The workers always made sure to clean up before they left for the day and Or and the crew were always there for us to answer any questions we had during the remodeling. The remodeling Job was done beyond our satisfaction and on the time that Or stated before we signed the documents and we love anything and everything that they did for us. Comments: Matan and his team did a complete remodel of our Master suite, including the master bedroom and master bathroom, in Murrieta. We have a very upscale house in a very upscale neighborhood and wanted to update completely the look and have all new materials and fixtures etc., all very high end. Lots of stone and tile work, custom cabinets, Italian designer sinks and lights. After completing the design phase with an interior designer, we had four contractors bid the job, including ECO Star Remodeling and Construction. Matan was not the low bidder, but we could tell from the bids and talking with each contractor that he would do the highest quality work, and we also felt he would have a very good chance of hitting budget and schedule, so we selected him. We had had some previous experiences in remodeling with other contractors where schedule and cost slipped quite badly, and I am pleased to report that Matan hit the schedule and cost exactly according to their bid, with no slippage whatsoever. It is a bit of a shock to have that experience! Matan has some very experienced subcontractors for plumbing and stone and tile work, which we had a lot of, and they did a fantastic quality job for them. Matan and his senior worker Dave supervised the whole project fairly closely, and they were great at accommodating my micro-managing of the project and my attention to the finest details. We really did not experience any significant issues during the entire project. I would strongly recommend ECO Star Remodeling and Construction, and we definitely plan to use them again for our next two bathroom remodel projects.
