He took photos and informed us what was wrong with the roof and presented us with solutions. Long story short he answered all my questions and they did a fantastic job with the roof. Ed did this process so easy and fast that within few days, the new roof was complete while the old one was removed, and all the working space was clean and safe. Comments: My roof was 15 years old and had to reroof for the upcoming raining season. Contacted multiple contractors, but only a few of them responded. Timeless Construction Group was the one with the fastest reply and had Leo to come over for an appraisal. Timeless Construction Group offered a competitive quote and warranty and that’s why we had them to do the roof replacement for us. The full process took like two and a half days and the result was really amazing. They discovered and changed some old dry rot and repainted it with the same color as before. They also painted the stuff on the roof black, so it matches our new roof and it looks more clean. They cleaned multiple times throughout the process, so it wasn’t any mess left behind. Not to mention they helped accommodate our need to move the project date earlier by, like, 2 weeks. Definitely easy to work with and their work is absolutely professional. I would surely recommend them to anyone for their roofing service.

Comments: We just had our roof completely redone by Ed’s crew and the experience has set a supremely high bar for our expectations when doing home renovations in the future. We reached out to a half-dozen roofers for estimates, and Timeless Construction Group had the best communication, clearest documentation and easiest process for scheduling. Additionally, they offered materials that met our preferred specifications and would work with our planned solar installation. Communication was done mostly via emails. Responses were prompt and clear. The quote was meticulously laid out and formatted in an easy-to-understand why (some of the other contractors who bid for our roof really lacked in formatting their quotes in a professional and digestible way). The crew doing the work was blazing fast. The time indicated to complete the roof was 6 days, and it was finished by the end of the second day, including cleaning up all debris and installing new gutters. They sent a truck on the 4th day to pickup the last few bags of debris that didn’t fit on the 2nd day. The roof looks incredible and, based on the quality and attention to detail in every aspect; we expect to be happy with it for decades to come. Many thanks!

Comments: We are very satisfied with the new roof and the professionalism Hayk and his team presented before, during and even after the work. One of our requests was to have a proper ventilation and also to install solar powered fans for us. In addition to that, we asked them to give us the metal flashings prior to the work, so we can match paint them. With any home improvement job there are always issues that comes up and with us, all the issues that came, Hayk kept me informed and clarified possible solutions before. After the work was completed, there were a few other small issues that needed to be fixed and they sent someone to fix them and we are very happy!

They were on time each day, made sure to clean up the roofing debris every single day during the work, took excellent care in the inside and outside repairs, and asked the right questions while they were working to make sure I was fully happy. Comments: We have an old shower with two control valves. The shower leaked, and it drove us nuts. We tried to replace the washer several times, it still does not work. We called Timeless Construction last Sunday. Avo sent his plumber Hayk to our house the following day, and he replaced the shower with a single valve control. The new shower works perfect. We are impressed with this company, especially with their quick response, professional and reliable service.
