Comments: Again, great timely manner, Excellent manners, Great work. He saved our lives because he realized the carbon monoxide duct wasn't attached, so thank GOD we haven't used the heater for over a year and it wouldn't come on. Blessed and so is Mr. Edwards. He took care of it all in the attic unit, outside unit and checked to make sure the air coming out the vents temperature was normal and thermostat was in good shape. Great job! Comments: He didn't tell me the price of what was wrong until he fixed it and charged me instead of telling me and asking me if I wanted him to fix it he charged mel more than what I know I could have got that same part fix for a lesser price so I was not pleased after he had already fixed the problem and I know I could have gotten that same problem fixed for a cheaper price and he didn't show me the part that he fixed,

Comments: He didn't give us a receipt or a invoice the thermostat that he was supposed to install broke he said he was going to go to the store to get a new one and come back to put it in which he did not a week later we're still waiting on a receipt and the new thermostat. He keeps saying he coming & don't show up.

Ron was prompt, he was communicative, his pricing was very competitive and he is just an all around wonderful guy. I was bummed that my 15 year old AC unit finally bit the dust, but Ron and his guys made the process so pleasant that I forgot I was upset in the first place. He's great.
