Comments: Jim was the best. I had 5 idiots out at my house that couldn't figure out that my exhaust was blocked and wanted to sell me a new system. Jim came out, unclogged my system, and even did my whole house duct cleaning as well. Great work!

Comments: OMG what a wonderful experiance. Made me feel like a real person, instead of these sales companies. I couldn't be more delighted. Rob was the best, and didn't push all of the extras everyone else did. He asked if I wanted them, and then moved on. I did end up purchasint the warrenty, as I'm getting a little old to be trying to pay for everything every year.

Comments: My wires were so old that I thought Jesus had made them. Jim came in and discussed my options, and I decided to go with my higher budget to make sure I was safe. I was brought to tears when they gave me 10% off for my military service. I'm in a wheelchair, so they made some calls and a veterans group picked up half of my tab as well. thanks so much!
