Michael was great to work with; he is knowledgeable, professional, considerate, accommodating and kept us informed every step of the way. He was also able to schedule us quickly. On the day of installation, the workers were prompt, efficient and very neat. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend First trust for your roofing needs.

Work Description: Recently bought a house that has water issue in basement that require a french drain. After shopping with different companies with different proposals, I decided to go with this team as their proposal is more long term and reasonable. Michael came to do an estimate and explained to me every single steps about what they will do. He even gave me a lesson on how the house is built and how & why a french drain will solve the issue. The crews who installed the french drain are very professional and experienced. They answered all my questions patiently, explained what they did. They even finished the work in a day when I was told it would take two days to finish. Not to mention they cleaned up the basement after the work is done and not leaving a piece of rock on my driveway. The General Manager, mike is on top of everything through out the whole time. I have questions weeks after the french drain is installed. Mike came in person to walk through the basement, answer all my questions and made sure the french drain is working well. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, experienced and responsive. It totally worth the money I spent and the warranty they provide make me worryfree

Comments: 3 years agoFirst trust home improvements does exceptional work. We had john and his team re-point and waterproof the basement of our foundation wall
which was leaking horribly. They were incredibly reliable and did great work. More importantly we have had a dry basement since they finished. We were so happy with the outcome and service that we hired them to do a brick accent wall in leading from the parlor to the lower level. Again, they did exceptional work, patched the existing wall matching the existing bricks perfectly. I appreciate their work style and attention to detail; they show up early, keep a clean work site, offer fair pricing and provide great customer service john maintains constant communication and addresses questions promptly). Moreover, john takes great pride in his work! We have referred our neighbors and plan to use them for future projects.
