Comments: Very unprofessional.. Was watching a show on his phone as he leaned over my washer. Volume was turned up loud. I really felt like he was wasting time by putting the washer though the entire cycle (when it was only necessary to run enough water to see if it would pump out.) I was very dissatisfied with his performance and lack of professionalism.

Comments: originally I had three projects to repair. All seemed simple to me. I was told the utility needed a new faucet (It did not) Second project was the basket screen in kitchen sink. the third was repair to the leak outside fauce.t In totlal this was going to cost over $1000., This to me was way too much. Finally I waas told in order to replace the outside faucet with a new one was over $ 500.00. To save money just to replace the washer would be $275.00. I opted for this repair only. In under five minuted the washer was replaced. I knew plumbers were expensive, but to me the total cost was excessive. In the future I will find another plumber. By the was another plumber told me it would cost $137, to replace the faucet.

Comments: Technician was very nice, but I was charged $300 for him to plunge my toilet a couple of times to unclog! He was here less than 10 min. Wanted me to pay $69 a month for a warranty program. Won’t use them again.

Comments: My repair person's name was Louie or so he said. He wouldn't give me a business card, when I asked him. He came on March 11, 2022. He's been the third repair person to come for this same problem. My oven reaches a pre-heat temperature, but fails to maintain it for the duration of the baking time.The oven drops it's temperature by 40+/- degrees within 15-20 minutes of it reaching pre-heat temperature. When the recipe calls for a temperature of 350 degrees, it means 350 degrees, NOT 310 degrees. The problem IS, once it drops, it never goes back up again!
The last repair person even had the mother board replaced, to no avail. Louie saw the problem with his own eyes, but refused to or couldn't repair it and told me there was "nothing he could do" about it. He became rather belligerent with me, until I finally asked him to leave. I told him, since he refused to do anything to fix the problem, there was no reason for him to stay and lecture me about how ovens work!!
I've been working with ovens and baking cakes since I was 14! I am now 68 years old, and rather well-versed in how ovens are supposed to operate! I didn't need some snotty repair person copping an attitude with me, simply because I expected him to do his job and actually FIX my oven!!

Comments: They overcharged me and they agree that there was a mistake while charging. Customer care representative told and agreed to refund $281 but they just refunded $128. I will never recommend Fixd to anyone.

Comments: Terrible with communication. No one seems to be connected to anyone else. I told them repeatedly that we work, and no one could be home until 4:30pm and they sent someone at 3:30pm as verified with our Ring. Rachel tried hard to help and did help. They kept changing the time. My husband had to take a day off to see them at 11am time they said was only time available, and they came at 4:30. So he lost a day of pay for no reason. Michael Lopez was GREAT! Very nice and did a great job. I give him 5 plus stars.
