Comments: Very professional, knowledgeable and on time. Adam and Tito did a terrific job going above and beyond what I expected! They helped me out a lot on explaining everything that needed to be done. Great job and thank you! Only downside is make sure that the salesman really takes a good look at the ducts if they are wanting to reuse them. This was were a huge price chance that had to happen because when the work started they realized the ducts could not be reused. Had I known before I still would of used them because the salesman Raymond was always easy to get a hold of and very friendly, but I would have gotten a larger loan taken out.

Comments: I am not standing by my excellent review above until I get a determination from Wayne Fox of Fox Mechanical that they will return without charging me the several hundred dollars they want to do something that should have been done on install. We spent over $8,000 for two new condensers. The next morning, our secondary overflow was putting out water, now our second secondary overflow is pouring out water. When I contacted Fox, they told me I would have to pay for them to come out and blow the lines, that, "they don't work for free." I've discussed this matter with several different companies, and they say since I spent $8,000, they should have blown out the lines and not charge me $319 to blow them out after they were overflowing the next day after install. They could have caused a vapor lock or introduced debris into the lines when they installed them. And they are now telling me our new units put out more condensation than our old ones, so they definitely should have known to blow out the lines. So here I am a few weeks later looking at the prospect of paying several hundred dollars after I just spent $8,000. Really leaving a bad taste in my mouth and don't think this is right. I've asked for the owner to call me, but haven't heard from him yet.MY FINAL UPDATE.
After being yelled at and overtalked and argued with by Lynn, who said she doesn't have to have her husband, the owner, call me "just because I say so," and their "tech," who immediately told me "he doesn't work for free," and trying nicely to work something out with them over two days about my leaking units, I called other AC companies to run my situation by them. Each of them said they should have come right out and taken care of it, even if it was 11:00 at night, or they should have included blowing out my lines in the price. After such shocking behavior by the owners wife and tech, and never being called back by the owner, I hired another AC company to fix my problem. He was a super nice guy. By arguing with me immediately over coming back to see the problem, they lost the service contract that I purchased with the new company that fixed my problem, paid them for their service on my problem, and will be purchasing a $10,000 new system from them when our third system gets replaced in the near future. Fox lost so much business by being so nasty.
Back story, although it is below in other review: The salesman was so nice and II went with Fox spending over $8,000 for two new condensers. The next morning, our secondary overflow was leaking. I decided not to call then and talk to my husband about it. Then another secondary overflow that had never overflowed before was putting out lots of water, so I sent a text of the pictures. Fox told me I'd have to pay to have my drains blown out, over $300. Told them I didn't think that was fair and after talking to other AC companies, found they should have done that when they installed the condensers, including it in the price. The owner's wife was super rude on the phone while I was trying to be patient and polite. The more we talked, the ruder she got. Then the tech called and was rude as well. I couldn't believe this was happening! He said he would blow out two lines for the price of one PLUS a service call, after I'd spent $8,000 with them two weeks prior. That was their follow-up service answer after having a problem with install. Unbelievable. So rude. Told him I would get quotes, but did not cancel him. I called the office again and asked nicely for the owner to call me. The owner never called me and the tech didn't show up! I couldn't believe it. Called the company this morning, and owner's wife Lynn was so rude, it was unbelievable. She was shouting all over my talking and wouldn't let me say anything, then she hung up on me! Shocking behavior. I asked her to stop so I could respond to her and she wouldn't. The only thing I did make out that she was shouting was that she didn't have to have the owner, her husband, call me just because I say so! What? What kind of answer is that to a customer? I was stunned! I was just trying to work out something reasonable with one of them, but they were so rude, it couldn't be done. Then the tech starts texting me and arguing and harassing me, arguing with everything I said. Again, shocking behavior from a company I'd just given over $8,000. They could have made a vapor lock when they installed, or they could have introduced debris when they installed, or they could have told me that the new condensers produce so much more condensation that I needed to have my lines blown, but they did not take responsibility for any of that. Now I know why they have bad reviews here and bad rating with BBB. Stay far, far away from this company or you may have an experience like mine and others have outlined in other reviews about them.

Comments: Josh was excellent with his outstanding offer for a 5 ton, 16 SEER Trane heat pump and A variable speed air handler, along with a 4” filtering system and two Trane WiFi digital thermostats. He came to our home on Friday morning for our discussion/explanation and agreement on the very best pricing of five contractors that I thoroughly researched and vetted. Fox was the best in all respects. The following morning Adam and Tito arrived in the morning, explained everything and answered all questions, installed the complete system and cleaned up everything after they finished, five hours in and out. Very knowledgeable, professional, hard working, pleasant and safe. Highly recommend Fox Mechanical and will use them when it’s time to replace our 3 ton system. Thanks loads To Josh, Adam & Tito.

Comments: I just installed a Brand New 4-Ton 16 Seer Trane System for an amazing price, they can not be beaten for price and professionalism in the DFW area. The entire process lasted just 4 hours, from 8:30am to 12pm, disassembly of the old units and installation of the new units. They even cleaned up the attic insulation on the floor and hauled off the old AC and Furnace. Highly Recommended! I'm glad I chose Fox Mechanical over the others, such an amazing hassle free experience. Thank you from the residence of Birchwood!

Comments: My old unit was dead in the hot Texas heat so I needed a new system quickly. Fox Mechanical responded to the bid request immediately and offered the best price of the six companies that bid. However, they said they were offering a 16 SEER system but the energy guide on the unit says its 13-14.I asked them to install immediately and they showed up on time the next day,. It took all day(9 hours) to do the install vice the 4 hours they expected. The System worked good after the install, but they had to return the next day as the drip pan was filling up with condensation and over flowing into the drip line. They came out and corrected the issue with no hesitation and so far its working well.
Another install issue is there seems to be one panel missing on the compressor unit leaving wires visible.
The install crew was friendly and punctual.
