Comments: At first I was a little skeptical of hiring a company with all five star reviews. I thought they had to be fake, maybe written by one of the employees. But after talking with Jay on the phone and after he came out I can understand why. He was very knowledgeable, clean, courteous, fast - but not too fast not to be thorough. I called for ants and not only did he take care of them, he also sprayed several wasps nests on the back deck and knocked them down. I saved his card and am referring Fox to everyone I know.

Work Description: Had a Termite inspection recently, but, they didn't find anything. However, in renovating the Basement Bathroom, the contractors found termites so I called for an estimate and first Jay came in and took care of the Bathroom so the contractors could put in the walls and then came back and did a whole house long overdue treatment.
Comments: Jay was prompt, professional, efficient, reasonable and personable. Mom, 95 yo, and Golden, 2 yo, both liked him Very much. and I was impressed with the information, willingness to work around other contractors I had in at the time and ability to work us in between and around the Earthquake and hurricane Irene.

Comments: Mr. Fox was very prompt and professional. Another Co. had a slightly better price, but couldn't get here immediately. Mr. Fox was able to provide same day service to treat the nest on Friday. He returned and removed the nest on Monday.
