Work Description: Fair work quality, underestimated completion time which delayed closing of my escrow, underestimated long-lead time materials, also delaying close of my escrow costing several thousand dollars in additional fees. Unreliable transportatio. Had to pay for car rental so they he could complete the job..
Comments: My house was sold but siding project had to be complete for escrow to close. I was up against a time limit, and I was forced to take Mr. Galvan's offer to take the items that would not fit on the moving van and sell them for me after I moved out of state. This was a few thousand dollars of lawn equipment, tools, etc. After my move to GA I was unable to get an answer to phone calls or emails. Never heard from him again and have no idea what happened to my property. Also. found out many months later that my credit card number was used again to rent a car from the same rental agency. If you want a reliable, honest, and trustworthy handyman, DO NOT HIRE FRANK GALVAN!

Work Description: Frank Galvan painted the inside of my father's home and patched up things, cleaned the whole inside, tore the whole patio up and rebuilt it, and repaired railings around the house.
Comments: I have no complaints whatsoever. My father's house looks like new.-
