Comments: He did not show nor did he call and when I called him he stated that he had an emergency. An emergency does not keep you from calling to say just that. I will nor use this company ever nor will recommend this company.
The services are not free and it only takes a second to say I can't make it , I have an emergency. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comments: They scheduled an appointment with me during the weekend (Saturday morning, to be more specific), and, after several trials to contact them, they simply didn't appear...with no warnings!
I do not recommend this company.

Work Description: I needed to stop a leak from the toilet or tub , he looks and said 400. today .comes with a wrench takes the strainer from tub .says I need 500. more to get a tool to do the job .all he ever talk about was money two days .and no work done .
says 1 need the money now to go get the tool.

Comments: do not get this man to do any kind of plumbing . seems friendly polite but watch his move . all he wants is the money and no results 1 paid 400. for him to take the strainer off the tub . nothing else. and I would not give him the other 500. to start we had it out . he wants the money no work . his contract has no name no phone no address. he is dangerous .money wise . please watch out he will take your money and leave to get tools. Had a flat tire , pick up kids from school, needs to go get his help but no work .

Welivar was well informed,we gave all options to repair or replace parts to complete job scope as usual. They chose to take most cost efficient way out of this situation,repair would not work , d he to age of tub we had to by force take other measures to complete project she would not understand tried to help By reducing price but she chose to not pay even for our work already performed after she signed our contract .FYI no tool for a tub ever cost's 400. We ended up fixing Tub for free to keep customer happy!!!

Work Description: water leak, replace water lines hot & cold, toilet, and clean out sewer lines.

Comments: On each item, I was giving a price and he always found something extra to jack up the price. Water lines were run from the back of the house to the front. But the line were not place on the ground,they were bolted onto the out side on the house . Looked very ugly. and nonprofessional :O(

Took him three days because he always had other things to do in the morning and would show up after 2 pm? I would never use the service again and would advise others not to.

Consulted customer they had used other people in past no one could find leak house built in 1930's after we came up with result to fixhe started to add extras to our job scope with in turn was going to be extra. Mr. Ramirez got upset we couldn't give our work for free we saved him money he couldn't afford for us to break concrete around house so we hot his OK to strap pipe to bottom of his skirting of house he said he would cover at end of job he cheated us did not pay full price we left with all tasks complete ...
