Comments: Update to my review. William contacted me a few days later and explained why he wasn’t able to do the job, it was completely understandable. He was upfront, professional and truly sorry. I knew we could trust that he would refund us the deposit, which he did. I wish I could delete my review but since I cannot - please do not let it dissuade you from using him. I saved his contact information, and hope we have the opportunity to work with him in the future.

Comments: Garfield and Company installed our sod in our front yard and we couldn’t be happier! Before our yard was full of rocks and dead spots, but in a matter of a few hours, we now have lush green grass. William Harris and his team were so polite and a treat to work with during this process. He was on time and very professional, one of my neighbors complimented my yard and has already scheduled for their yard to be done.

Comments: We agreed to a job on December 31st and paid the 50% deposit. After two months of back and forth regarding difficulty getting sod, William said he would install on March 1st. He didn’t install, didn’t text to say it wouldn’t be installed and hasn’t responded to my many calls and texts to him. My advice would be to stay away. If I could give zero stars I would. I guess we will need to take him to court to get our money back

Comments: Was asked to change out old red rocks next to house and put mulch there along with removing old mulch in area in front of rocks. He didn’t remove rocks and said he would come and do it on Thursday 8/13/20. He didn’t show up and neither did he call.-
