Comments: Had an appt for today between 8am-12pm. They were to call first to confirm. They never called or showed up. I called to check around 11:30 and was told they tried to call me 3 times and left a message on my answering machine. This is BS. They never called me and took me off their schedule for today. I verified that they had the correct phone number, and they did. I've been waiting all day for a call and my phone never rang. I had made a point of telling them that my number was a landline and that I could not receive text msg's (cell service does not work at my address).

Comments: Repairman was very helpful and really went above and beyond in trying to get unit to work. The HVAC has many problems and complications due to its age and condo building. The unit has to be special order so he did not quote me a price. He was truly a professional and did not charge me my firstborn.

Comments: Guardian came out to tune up my heating and air system. They arrived on time with even a GPS tracker for my technician. Their service was quite thorough and detailed. They even found a number of things that previous companies had missed. They showed me the problem, offered solutions and explained how these deficiencies will effect the working of my system. No pushy sales, just knowledgeable techs that provide really great service. The phone team was great also. Hands down the best company I have used!
