Comments: We just had our HVAC system replaced by Heath's Air LLC and we are so happy with the work that they did. After discovering from a different company that we had a refrigerant leak and the repair costs were going to be really high, we started looking into a full replacement of our AC and furnace. I got several quotes and found that Heath's Air LLC was by far the best price, offered the most efficient equipment, had the best reviews (I see why), and I just got a really good feeling from their team. Comments: I went through 3 different HVAC repair companies and no one could figure out what was going on. A lot of experimentation with the primary, secondary drain pipes and the orientation of the drain pan still bore no results and the system would shutoff every so often. Scott from Heath's Air came in and was able to do a great job of not just fixing the issue but also logically explaining what he thinks is going wrong and how he believes what he's doing will fix the issue. He made sure the customer understood all the technical details in simple terms and was able to point to evidence in the system (such as water drop stains) to back his hypothesis. Scheduling was also a breeze and they were able to expeditiously come and resolve the issue in this peak summer month where I'm sure there are a lot of urgent requests. Highly recommend Scott and Heath's Air LLC to get your Air Conditioning system up and running again.

Comments: Heath's Air LLC was the original installer of our homes AC system back in 2016. They did an excellent job back then. They gave us a fair quote, provided excellent components and the installers conducted themselves in an old school professional manner that is rare to find these days. Very courteous and knowledgeable individuals for sure. It's now 2022. We just had our first issue with our AC unit. We called Heath's Air last week. They sent technician Chris out to help today. Comments: Heath's Air, LLC called me on a Saturday when I asked for help for freezing air trainers in my split a/c system. The crew at Heath's Air appeared immediately on Monday presuming the problem with was a straightforward refrigerant refill and also found greater than they bargained for, a shabby setup task with crossed electrical wiring. Within a couple of hrs. they identified the setup issues and repaired the electrical wiring without missing out on a beat. Throughout the investigatory process they detailed their concepts, plans, rates, and were openly communicating with my wife as well as I the whole time. Once they had the ability to confirm their concept they fixed the wires in a couple of hours. Not just did they refill the refrigerant however they fixed the air conditioning system so it works far better than it ever before has, all units blowing chilly as well as say goodbye to freezing..!!!
