Comments: My experience with Greg with Home Heat & Air Bon Aqua was great. I don’t write many reviews but felt compelled to do so after his excellent customer service skills. My unit that was installed in Oct of 2020 still under warranty was not cooling properly. Greg came out to diagnose the problem and indicated the problem was the duct work not the unit itself. He repaired the ductwork at no additional charge. That’s customer service at its best. I will be using his services in the future and won’t hesitate to refer him to family and friends. Job well done!
