Comments: Company made initial contact. I had someone else on the other line and called House Call back within 15 minutes. Talked to a different person who said they would have initial person contact me back. No one ever called again. After reading some customer reviews, I am not sure I want to hire these guys.

Comments: In a truly unfortunate incident, the master plumber suffered a seizure half-way through the job. The result was I went 4.5 days without water until the gentleman recovered (a weekend intervened). I was pleased with the work, got $10 off the estimate, but part of the old fixture was left behind.
