Work Description: DEHUMIDIFIER DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR
Comments: The technician was very professional, courteous and a great listener. I thought my space dehumidifier malfunctioned and needed repairs or replacement but i realized i was wrong on the arrival of the technician. The serviceman called ahead of time before arriving at my home. He examined the equipment and told me there was nothing wrong with the appliance and that it was functioning normally.. I doubted based on my previous experience with the appliance. The service man was very confident about his observation and diagnosis. He even dismantled the equipment and assembled it after failing to detect any problem. He educated me on how the equipment works and assured me that there was nothing wrong with my appliance... I am happy to say that the equipment is functioning as advised by the serviceman. Some service persons would have charged me for the time, but J Hood Services didn't charge me for the time. I admired the confidence, sincerity and work culture of this serviceman and will engage their services as and when i have need in the future. Thank you J Hood, you are the best!-
