She went over everything from how they work to how long it would take, and by the end I learned so much I felt like I could teach a class on roofing. Since my house is old and had a major leak, lots of wood was removed and replaced. I watch enough HGTV to know that's when one of the property brothers walks out with the bad news that the budget is blown. Thankfully, that didn't happen, their computer was dead on - I paid exactly what they said at the beginning. I was given a very fair price compared to the quotes from other roofers and they stuck to it. Real stand up guys and gals.
