Work Description: Master Bedroom Remodel w/electrical and new plumbing and new outside deck
Comments: ABSOLUTELY, DO NOT HIRE L&G FABRICATIONS - Randall Hubbard and Mellisa Burleson. I thought they were decent but I learned both are just scam artists. Bottom line -- they stole a substantial amount of money and did not deliver on our contract. The minimal work they did has to be completely redone. It was unsatisfactory and hiring new Contractor to fix. The new Contractor was appalled at the sloppy work they did. Randall & Mellisa strung me along for almost nine months. I feel like such a fool. They gave so many excuses on why their workers were not showing up on the job and they are not responding to letters from my lawyer. They owe me a substantial reimbursement for all the remodel work they did not complete and for deck material.

Comments: I would not recommend this company to anyone. Randall was given a picture of wooden stairs and a bench around a hot tub. He was asked to recreate it and he agreed. The bench looked nothing like the picture when he was finished. When asked to correct it he said it would be an extra $1000! The quality of work was horrific. He used untreated wood, cracked wood, a dull saw which tore up the wood. After he had it built, He tried to convince us that you never use treated wood for a deck because it won't absorb the stain! He put 20 screw holes where there should have been 2 and didn't feel the need to fill them until we asked him to. He didn't sand any of the rough edges or the filled screw holes. He painted the deck instead of staining it because he said the color wouldn't look the same on the untreated wood as it would on the treated risers that he used. The paint job was terrible, it bubbled up and had an orange peel texture everywhere. This man doesn't know what he is doing, and he is a crook. We paid him $6000 for work that we are going to have to tear down and have rebuilt. He refuses to correct the problems and refuses to refund the money.

Comments: NEVER DO BUSINESS WTH THIS COMPANY!! Randall Hubbard & Mellisa Burleson are both out there to rip-off people. Gave me bid to remove & dispose an old fence and replace it with a new fence. All work was to be completely finished in one day. Randall showed up on the job site totally unprepared, he had no skills and no common sense. I tried to show him what the fence need to look like, he totally disregarded all customer input and did what he wanted to do. He took two days reinstall the fence, altough not to my satisfaction, I paid him $1200 for labor. He then simply diappeared, no response on the phone or telephone. He left all old material sitting in my back yard, which per the contract, he was supposed to dispose. All he wanted to do was take the money and run!UPDATED 5/19/22

And he’s extremely fair and ethical ! ( a rear quality these days ) it’s very hard to find people who take pride in the quality of their work being done correctly to satisfy the customer’s vision ! I will definitely be calling him again for all my future projects !
