Comments: The steps attachment with screws did cause splitting of the supporting risers. The end of the steps ( two of them per riser ) need to have the space between the two steps at each end caulked to prevent the splt cause from the screws to hold water and rot again. It was all very expensive and It should be fixed as the repair is incompleteUPDATE
I have not received any information about completing the replacement of the split risers. These steps were screwed on again on new risers but the risers were split by the retaining screws.

Comments: R&R Did an amazing job installing the backsplash in my kitchen. They were prompt meticulous very friendly and carefully cleaned up after the service was complete. They are very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. They were willing to go to my local Lowe’s store to purchase an item just to add a nice touch! R&R went above and beyond to ensure every little detail was perfect! They even removed The hood range to ensure the tiles were carefully placed behind it. My kitchen backsplash came out gorgeous! I highly recommend R&R for any job you may need!
