Comments: Initially reluctant, only because I've never heard of his company. It goes to show you, "never judge a book by it's cover". He was knowledgeable and transparent about what the needs were. In other words we felt he was honest, and we also felt he was not overly expensive like the big mom and pop places.

Comments: I've never experienced anything this bad. The most arrogant owner( John Long). Switch and bait ($800 to install a doorbell,$1000 to install a dryer vent).Could not install 2 door knob, Installed a porch light and the fixture was to low to be able to open the door. Damien said he would be back yesterday. A no show. I called him and left a VM. Nothing.

Comments: My heat wasnt working on the top floor of my house. No air. I called john and he came over to take a look. After an hour of diagnosing he said the motherboard was bad. He came back a week later and replaced the mother board. Still no air on top floor of my house. His response was dont worry, the heat will level off in a day and your system is designed incorrectly. After a week of it still not working, i gave up and called tnt hvac. Vincent came over and within 20 minutes he determined it was a malfunctioning flapper valve to the upstairs. He came back a few days later and replaced the flapper valve for a quarter of the price john charged me to replace a workkng part. My heat works fine on the top floor now. I do not recommend john unless youre rich and want to donate time and money to him.

I had to call them, and Mr. John said ‘he’ was glad I called him, no explanation for why he didn’t show up when he said he was returning.The following day , he agreed to return, however, he didn’t provide a time or window,.
Mr. John is a nice man, however communication and punctuality is not his strong suit.
