Work Description: Complete reroof, with title 24 modifications, skylights/ventilation, and extensive carpentry. Owner has all necessary plans, engineering, and title 24 documentation in hand.
Comments: This firm is about ready to win the job, but I have yet to receive a printable copy of the quote. If the only setback is the lack of an office staff, I have no problem with it.-
