Comments: The first Technician, Mason, set the thermostat control on my gable attic fan wrong. When i called he said i would be charged $49 for him to come and reset. He was very argumentative.I called Mr Sparky and they sent another technician under the warranty and corrected the problem. The new technician said it could be a thermostat issue and for me to watch and call under the warranty if i had additional problems.

Comments: I called on a weekend to make an a appointment with Plugged In Electrical as I had used them for the same problem before. To my dismay I received a call from Mister Sparky instead informing me In had an appointment with them on the following Monday. The gentleman that came in no way had the pleasing demeanor of Plugged In. I paid Plugged In $317.84 to replace one board whereby you charged $618.75 for two. It would seem it should have cost less as your overhead was less per board. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

Comments: Mister Sparky replaced an outdoor GFCI outlet on a stick that had be misinstalled by our septic company. The technician (Joe) was extremely polite and professional. We had a nice chat while he was performing the repair; he took the time to point out the previous problems, showed how he was addressing them so they wouldn't occur again, and indicated what would be a good idea to plan for in the future. He was not condescending and did not try to pressure with any sort of sales pitch. He also went out of his way to follow masking and social-distancing protocols (during Omicron surge); it would be nice if the general population followed this example.The price was a little higher than I expected for a repair of this nature, but in retrospect it was well worth the cost. It's been nearly a month and there have been no problems. I would certainly use Mister Sparky for other projects in the future.
