Comments: *BEWARE OF ADRIAN HALL FROM OASIS CARPENTRY AND CLEANING*I hired Adrian Hall for deck removal, a drive way extension, rebuilding a balcony and foundation work. Upon initial estimates he seemed to have his business together seemed very knowledgeable and came in the middle on pricing. He claimed to be licensed and insured (Which I found out later through the city that he is not). During the course of the first few days of the project I started noticing numerous red flags including the poor quality of his work which was not just terrible but flat out concerning. Adrian only worked 1-3 hours every couple of days. He did not repair anything to code. He also left a huge mess that had to be ripped back out and re-worked by a new contractor that I had to hire. I tried to be reasonable and allow him to keep some of the money for some of the work he did but he had no intention of making it right. I eventually had to fire him and won judgement in small claims court which he never ended up paying. I had thought I did the proper research but was completely blindsided by how much false info he gave me. Learn from my mistake and do not hire this guy to even cut your grass.

Comments: Adrian seemed so nice and willing to help at first. He came to do the job tried increasing price we were quoted by $100.00. Then did a terrible job. He left his mess there and the area he fixed did not stay fixed very long. I called to tell him and he said he did the job correctly if it broke again we must have done something to it. It's a wooden step. Anyways he tries to raise your price doesn't clean up after himself and does not do a. Good job. Pick someone else.
