Work Description: We have not completed the actual work on the home as of yet but if the project moves forward we will most definitely provide feedback at that stage.
Comments: I work with General Contractors on a daily basis in my work. I work with a lot of major banks and investors across the U.S. and they have us on a tight schedule and have high expectations. Sometimes it presents a challenge to have contractors keep their word to us and get bids back on schedule and communicate with us throughout the process. David was wonderful to work with. He always answered our calls or returned our calls right away and kept us up to date with what was going on. He got the bid back to us in a timely manner and was available for questions about the bid. His pricing was very competetive and his bids contained a great amount of detail. We had a lot of confidence presenting his bid to our client. I would definitely use David again if we have another home in his area.

Work Description: David's work for me has included woodwork, misc. handyman work, crown molding, installation of exterior/interior doors and windows, stucco work, and even electrical work.
Comments: I am very happy with David. He is a really good guy and we enjoy using him.-
